For your gifts, we have extended our return period during the holiday season. All orders placed between November 28th and December 20th can be returned until January 06, 2024.
Orders placed after December 20th follow the standard holiday policy of 7 days.

Items purchased on adrianneweber.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 7 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please visit adrianneweber.com/returns to print your return label and schedule a pick-up.
A £ 25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of adrianneweber.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include
1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or
2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair.
